BOARD OF EDUCATION COMMITTEES
INTRODUCTION
This committee system aims to increase the involvement of board members and patrons in school district affairs. When given a reasonable degree of freedom to act and contribute, most people work better, more enthusiastically, and at a higher level of motivation. When effective, the participative leadership style of the committee structure can establish a work climate in which people's potential power is unleashed.
All meetings will be open to the public and held at the Administrative Offices building (Board Office) to encourage community participation.
